LOAD HAUL DUMP EQUIPMENT

Remote control of Load Haul Dump equipment allows mine operators to safely extract ore from dangerous zones. This proven technology has an outstanding Return on Investment.
The Ttech Universal Interface for the remote control of Load Haul Dump Machines incorporates both transmitter and radio receiver from Berlet. Effective and safe control by the operator is achieved through proportional control of the accelerator and steering systems — control that’s at least as good as having an operator in the driver seat.
When loading, the remote operator advances the machine slowly into the muck pile and increases the engine power until the wheels stall. He/she then mucks with the bucket while adjusting engine speed to give the breakout needed without spinning the wheels or stressing the machine.
With a full bucket, the operator shifts into reverse and retreats with confidence as the machine is steered under full proportional control, without shake, rattle or roll. As the machine approaches the operator, he/she slows it down and stops it, with confidence and safety.
